Essential info

How to book

To book online, just choose your film and time from the website. Then simply select your ticket options, check your seats and follow the payment instructions. Show your confirmation email on your phone to skip the queues.

If you prefer to book in person, just pop in to the cinema, on the day or in advance, and book your tickets with a member of staff.

Booking online

How do I choose my seats when booking online?

You’ll automatically be allocated seats when you book. To change them, just click on the allocated seats to cancel them and click where you’d prefer to sit.

I accidentally put in the wrong email address and now I haven't got my confirmation email.

No problem – we can search for your booking by name and phone number. If you let us know ahead of time, we can also give you your booking reference number so you can collect your tickets when you arrive.

I haven't got a printer. How do I use my online tickets?

You can either print your tickets at the ATM in the foyer, or give your details to a member of staff. You can also show your confirmation email on your phone – saves the environment.

Got another question about tickets? Just grab any member of staff in the cinema – we’re all here to help.

Gift cards

Gift cards are available at the box office or as an eGift Card. Our eGift cards work just like our normal gift cards and can be exchanged for cinema tickets, snacks and drinks. Just load your card from £5 to £100 and we’ll email it within minutes – either direct to you or the person you want to treat.

Opening times

We open approximately 30 minutes before the first film of the day and close shortly after the last film ends.

Do you offer autism friendly screenings?

Yes, we do. Autism-friendly screenings are run without adverts and film trailers. The lights are dimmed and the sound is lowered. All screenings are detailed on our autism-friendly page on the website.

I am hearing impaired. Can you cater for me?

We have a portable hearing loop system available in the foyer. We also offer a neckloop which uses the T setting on hearing aids or a headset system that can be used  for all of our films and events. Please ask a member of our team if you require the use of any of this kit.

We also offer regular subtitled screenings. Please see our subtitled screenings page for details of what's coming up.

Do you offer audio described films?

We offer audio commentary on some films for visually impaired customers. Please speak to a member of staff to find out whether this is available on a particular film.

Are you fully accessible for disabled customers?

All our screens are fully accessible with wheelchair spaces and a lift to the foyer.

Where are your wheelchair spaces in the screens?

In the majority of our screens, the wheelchair spaces are at the front of the screen. If you would like to watch a particular film, please contact a member of staff who can let you know which screen it’s playing in.

Do you allow babies into regular screenings?

Much as we love them, we don't allow babies under two years of age into any screenings other than our dedicated baby-friendly and Family AM showings. No matter how cute they are, protecting those tiny ears are a must!
